k8v Terms and Conditions — Complete Policy for Using the Platform
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering on the k8v platform and using any of its services. This document forms a legal agreement between you and k8v.
Important Notice: By using this platform you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you fully accept all provisions of these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using this platform.

01 General Terms and Nature of Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement governing use of the k8v platform and its services. Here, "k8v", "we", "our" refers to the organisation operating this platform, and "you", "user", "player" refers to any person who visits or uses this platform.
By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the k8v platform, you agree to be bound by these complete Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Where these Terms exist in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall take precedence in matters of interpretation.

To open an account on the k8v platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You are opening an account voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
- You are not residing in a country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- You have not previously had a k8v account cancelled or banned.
- You are not operating the account on behalf of any third party.
- You are not an employee or associate of k8v.
02.1 Registration Process
You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering an account. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.
- Each person may operate only one account.
- We ask that no more than one account be opened from the same household address.
- k8v reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time after registration.
- Withdrawal may be delayed if required documents are not submitted.

It is your own responsibility to keep your account secure. Please follow these guidelines at all times:

- Use a strong and unique password.

k8v will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
03.1 Account Suspension and Cancellation
k8v may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing false or incorrect information.
- Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
- Abuse of the bonus system.
- At the user's own request.
Deposits and Withdrawals
04 Deposit Rules
The following rules apply when depositing funds on the k8v platform:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
- You must use a payment account registered in your own name only.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Deposited amounts are added to the account immediately.
04.1 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the account from which the deposit was made.
- Withdrawal may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals cannot be processed until bonus wagering requirements have been met.
04.2 Currency and Conversion
The k8v platform uses Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All transactions, balances, and bonuses are displayed in Taka.
k8v complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations for all transactions and reserves the right to verify any suspicious transaction.
Bonuses and Promotions
05 Welcome Bonus Terms
k8v offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
- Bonus wagering requirement: 10x (deposit + bonus).
- Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is activated.
- Withdrawals will be restricted until the bonus wagering requirement is completed.
- A user may receive this welcome bonus only once.
- This bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same IP address, device, or payment method.
- A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to any winnings earned from the bonus.
- k8v reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus terms at any time.
05.1 Other Promotions
k8v offers various promotional deals from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are stated in the offer description. The following generally applies:
- k8v reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.
- Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only — using the bonus system for professional or commercial purposes is prohibited.
- Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.
Gaming Policy and Prohibited Activities
06 Gaming Policy
All games on the k8v platform are operated through an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. We continuously monitor our gaming systems to ensure fair play.
- Game outcomes are entirely random — no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
- If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
- In the event of a disconnection, the game result is stored on the server.
- In the event of a dispute over game rules or results, server logs will be treated as the final evidence.
07 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:
- Fraud, theft, or use of unauthorised payment methods.
- Use of bots, scripts, or any other automated software.
- Strategic or deliberate abuse of the bonus system.
- Hacking or attempting to breach platform security.
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Harassment or threats directed at other users.
- Allowing minors to use an account.

Any dispute between k8v and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If a dispute arises, follow the steps below:
- First, contact our support team via live chat or email.
- Keep all information and evidence related to the complaint.
- k8v generally tries to respond to complaints within 48 hours.
- In disputes regarding game outcomes, server logs will be considered the final decision.
- For financial disputes, proof of the transaction must be submitted.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k8v is not liable for:
- Financial losses incurred by the user from gaming.
- Missed games due to internet connection failure.
- Third-party software or hardware issues.
- Losses resulting from the disclosure of a user's account information to a third party.
- Temporary service interruptions caused by unforeseen technical errors.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the k8v platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of k8v and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- No content may be copied, distributed, or modified without the written permission of k8v.
- Use of k8v's brand name or logo for commercial purposes is prohibited.
- Content from game providers is protected by their own intellectual property policies.
12 Amendments to Terms & Enforceability
k8v reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.
- For significant changes, users may be notified by email.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
- Waiving any provision of these terms does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.
